Do you move into the new apartment towers at Macquarie Park and Epping?
Constantly, that end of the corridor is almost all apartments now. We book the goods lift and the loading dock with building management, sort the certificate of currency, protect the lift car and lobby, and run the move to the booked window. Tell us the building and floor and we will plan it.
Can you store our things if the new place is not ready?
Yes, and on a downsize that in-between stage is common, the family home sells before the apartment hands over its keys. We can move your belongings into secure storage and deliver them when you are ready. Ask us to quote the move-store-move together; it is usually calmer and cheaper than handling each leg separately.
Which council are you dealing with, there seem to be a few?
There are four. The corridor genuinely spans the City of Ryde, the City of Parramatta, Hornsby Shire and Hunters Hill, and Epping itself straddles the Ryde and Hornsby boundary. We confirm which council rules apply to your specific address before the day, so any permit or arrangement is the right one.
